The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department strongly supports the public's right to obtain or review department records and proudly maintains a history of compliance, as overseen by the Indiana Public Access Counselor.
Completed forms for limited criminal histories and other records, available at the left side of this page, may be emailed as attachments for processing. Requests cannot be fulfilled, though, until the applicable fees are received.
Payments may be sent to Elkhart County Sheriff's Department, Attn: Records, 111 N. Third St., Goshen, IN 46526, or delivered in person to the records division on the second floor of the building.
